Shop Manager

About the role

The Shop Manager will lead daily store operations for AZADEA Group, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximising sales, and driving profitability while maintaining brand standards across the shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and report on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
• Greet customers, address their needs and complaints, and foster loyalty.
• Maintain up‑to‑date store licences, certificates and employee documentation.
• Oversee receiving processes, inventory activities, cycle counts, stock movements and shrinkage.
• Analyse sales performance, monitor top‑selling items, manage collection rotation and place accurate replenishment orders.
• Prepare staff schedules based on budgeted hours, traffic, sales targets and operational needs.
• Log commercial and operational information on internal platforms in a timely manner.
• Manage the annual budget, monitor expenditures and report variances.
• Ensure shop appearance complies with brand standards, including cleanliness and visual merchandising.
• Produce detailed KPI, sales trend and inventory reports to support decision‑making.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate the team to maximise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising store operations and leading a retail team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle complaints effectively.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, stock control and loss‑prevention processes.
• Ability to analyse sales data, identify gaps and drive collection rotation.
• Experience preparing staff schedules and managing store budgets.
• Attention to detail in maintaining brand visual standards and shop cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordinating with stakeholders.
