Shop Sales & Services Manager (Aqaba)

About the role

Orange Jordan is looking for a dynamic Shop Sales & Services Manager to lead its Aqaba retail outlet. You will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and team motivation.
• Design and launch innovative sales and service initiatives to improve customer retention.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and service professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain shop operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and cost control.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and strong negotiation skills.
• Ensure consistent application of Orange brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and prepare performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Administration.
• 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales data for decision‑making.
