About the role
Orange Jordan is looking for a dynamic Shop Sales & Services Manager to lead its retail outlet. You will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced telecommunications environment.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies and team motivation.
- Design and launch innovative sales and service initiatives to boost customer retention.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and service professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Maintain shop operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and cost control.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and implement data‑driven solutions.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and strong negotiation skills.
- Ensure consistent application of Orange brand standards and policies.
- Build strong relationships with regional managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support employee development.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and prepare regular performance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Administration.
- 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
