Showroom Manager

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead the daily operations of SmartBuy’s flagship showroom in Amman, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and optimal store performance. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works closely with sales, logistics and after‑sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of sales associates, schedule shifts and monitor attendance.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels and showroom cleanliness according to brand standards.
• Track sales performance, analyse KPIs and implement promotional activities to meet targets.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics and service departments to ensure timely product availability and after‑sales support.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous service quality enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, showroom supervision or store operations, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong leadership, customer‑service orientation and ability to motivate a team.
• Good organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Amman, including weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
