Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Astrolabe is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to join its marketing team. You will craft engaging bilingual stories, videos and posts that resonate with our audience across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish daily or weekly content for all Astrolabe platforms.
• Write compelling Arabic‑English captions and video scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and multimedia teams to launch campaigns.
• Manage audience interaction, responding to comments and direct messages.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR and saves, and report insights.
• Monitor social trends and adapt them to the brand’s voice.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in social media content creation and copywriting.
• Strong knowledge of platform best practices and formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, short‑form videos).
• Ability to plan, script, shoot and edit short videos using mobile or desktop tools.
• Excellent bilingual writing skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience with content calendars, scheduling and analytics tools.
