About the role

As a Social Media & Content Executive at Namaa, you will shape and execute the social media presence for multiple brands within our fast‑growing tech‑enabled urban infrastructure ecosystem. You will combine content strategy, copywriting, planning, and community management to create engaging campaigns that boost brand awareness and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns across several brands.
• Create platform‑specific copy and messaging for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other digital channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality creative assets that reflect brand identity.
• Identify emerging social media trends and cultural moments to produce timely, relevant content.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all customer‑facing content.
• Handle day‑to‑day social media activity, including scheduling posts, monitoring channels, and responding to community interactions.
• Support campaign concept development, content briefs, and creative direction.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media content creation, copywriting, and community management.
• Strong understanding of what resonates with different audiences and ability to stay on top of social media trends.
• Analytical mindset to use performance insights for continuous improvement.
