Social Media Coordinator – Full‑time (Amman)

About the role

WebAppRoots is seeking a proactive Social Media Coordinator to join its Amman office. In this full‑time position you will drive the day‑to‑day execution of the company’s social media strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments and messages, and maintain community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and align visual assets with messaging.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and recommend optimisation tactics to increase reach and conversions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
