About the role

SUUM Marketplace is seeking a proactive Social Media Coordinator to join its marketing team in Amman. This full‑time hybrid role involves creating and managing engaging content across multiple social platforms to strengthen the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create, and schedule compelling posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch social media campaigns.
• Monitor social trends and audience conversations to keep content relevant.
• Analyze engagement metrics and generate performance reports.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media content creation and marketing.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of current social media platforms and trends.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
