About the role

Future Parts is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, primarily within the real‑estate sector. The role combines social media oversight with client account management to drive growth and engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
• Communicate with clients, overseeing ongoing marketing activities and campaign execution.
• Support advertising initiatives and lead‑generation efforts, especially using Meta Ads.
• Prepare performance reports and analytics updates for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and broader marketing teams to produce compelling assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and major social platforms.
• Proven ability to plan content and coordinate multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Preferably based in Amman, Jordan.
• Prior experience with real‑estate companies or campaigns and knowledge of the Iraqi market is a plus.
• Familiarity with lead‑generation strategies and basic branding principles.
