Social Multimedia Designer

About the role

The Social Multimedia Designer will join Smart Cube’s marketing team in Amman to create visually engaging content for social media and digital platforms. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on producing static graphics, short videos, motion graphics and multimedia posts that align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design campaign visuals for various social channels.
• Storyboard, shoot (or coordinate) and edit short‑form videos, adding basic motion graphics.
• Create static graphics, illustrations and layouts that maintain brand consistency.
• Adapt content formats for different platforms and audience segments.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to translate requirements into visual narratives.
• Optimize creative assets based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Maintain asset libraries and ensure a consistent visual identity.
• Stay updated on design and social media trends to continuously improve content quality.

Required profile

• Strong multimedia background with experience in social media and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in video production, including planning, shooting, editing and basic motion graphics.
• Solid graphic design expertise and ability to develop brand‑consistent layouts and illustrations.
• Experience in web design and understanding of responsive, user‑centered design principles.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative visual assets across multiple formats.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant social media, video and multimedia design work.
