About the role
The Spa Receptionist joins the Spa team at The Ritz-Carlton in Amman, delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting all spa operations. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and promoting spa services and retail.
Key responsibilities
- Check‑in guests, answer service queries and promote spa offerings.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using reservation software.
- Process payments and handle retail sales.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience, license or certification needed.
