Staff Bus Driver

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a reliable Staff Bus Driver to transport guests to and from designated locations using the property’s vehicle. The role involves ensuring safe, punctual, and courteous service while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Drive guests to assigned destinations and back, documenting each trip.
• Park the vehicle in the designated area when not in use.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels, and refuel as needed.
• Report any maintenance needs, incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide courteous service.
• Communicate with staff using two‑way radios, pagers, and email.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite and adhere to safety and service standards.
