Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa. The role involves providing high‑quality nursing care to guests and ensuring their health and safety throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries, assess conditions, and determine appropriate assistance.
• Record symptoms, medical information, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications, start intravenous fluids, and document dosages and times.
• Provide basic patient care such as wound dressing, temperature and blood pressure checks, and therapeutic applications.
• Deliver emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical care when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest health records and ensure confidentiality.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• IV therapy and medication administration.
• Vital signs measurement and monitoring.
• Wound care and dressing.
• Basic emergency response and first aid.
