Stock Controller

About the role

Teeba, the leading FMCG company in Jordan, is seeking a detail‑oriented Stock Controller to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in its warehouse network. The role is pivotal for maintaining inventory integrity and supporting efficient supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and issue goods while recording all stock movements in SAP and warehouse systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies promptly.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and storage activities to meet quality, safety, and product‑handling standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks with warehouse staff and forklift operators to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and support timely dispatch of products to sales and distribution teams.
• Report inventory variances, quality concerns, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar logistics role.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
