Storeroom Supervisor – Rations & Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Storeroom Supervisor leads the rations supply and warehouse function for V2X, ensuring continuous 24/7/365 food service support. Working closely with Dining Facility Supervisors, the role oversees material handling, storage, inspection, receiving, inventory management and housekeeping in line with performance work statements and military food regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall rations supply, warehouse operations and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate with DFAC Manager and Supervisors to maintain uninterrupted food service.
• Set stock levels, production standards and direct workforce to meet operational goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with Tri‑Service Food Code, AFI 34‑239, AFMAN 34‑240 and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of food receipt, storage and handling.
• Monitor compliance of other‑country nationals per AFCENT‑I 32‑1002.
• Develop and update policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Safeguard government and contractor property and ensure a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Accurately complete time‑reporting and perform escort duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or rations supply operations.
• Strong knowledge of military food service regulations and HACCP.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor personnel and drive continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail for inventory control and record‑keeping.
