About the role

The Strategic Pricing Advisor will support Mercy Corps in competing effectively for funding while ensuring financial sustainability and compliance. Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Senior Manager, the role sits at the intersection of Business Development and International Finance, helping shape pricing strategies across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models that align with funding opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development and International Finance teams to ensure pricing decisions support organizational goals.
• Monitor financial sustainability and compliance related to pricing activities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership under the guidance of the Strategic Pricing Senior Manager.

Required profile

• Background in finance, pricing, or business development.
• Ability to work in a multi‑regional environment (UK, NL, Jordan, Kenya).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
