Supervising Associate – Account Manager (Business Development)

About the role

As a Supervising Associate – Account Manager within EY’s Client Excellence team, you will drive strategic account management for key client relationships in Amman. Working closely with Global Client Service Partners, account leadership and service line stakeholders, you will shape account strategies, uncover growth opportunities and ensure disciplined execution of priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic account plans for priority clients.
• Coordinate account governance activities, leadership meetings, reviews and planning sessions.
• Monitor account performance, client health, pipeline activity and strategic initiatives.
• Identify, qualify and track growth opportunities across service lines.
• Gather and analyse client, market and account intelligence to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, reports, dashboards and briefing materials.
• Facilitate collaboration among senior stakeholders, service lines and geographic teams.
• Track actions, risks and deliverables to ensure disciplined execution of account priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, business development or professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of business growth drivers.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Strong project‑management and organisational capabilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
