Supply Chain & Finance IT Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain & Finance IT Lead is responsible for delivering and supporting Transmed's technology portfolio for supply chain and finance functions. This role bridges business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring that applications meet strategic goals and provide measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a future‑proof technology strategy and roadmap for supply chain and finance.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive technology solutions, including data, processes, and user experience.
• Monitor external trends and incorporate relevant innovations into the technology landscape.
• Partner with architecture teams to map and implement system roles within the overall IT ecosystem.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior supply chain, finance, and IT leaders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships to align technology partners with business requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement to ensure efficient delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for user experience, documentation, quality, security, and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of both supply chain and finance processes.
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of business and technology.
• Experience advising senior leadership on technology strategy and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
