Supply Chain Manager (Jordan)

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Jordan supply‑chain function, overseeing quotes & pricing, procurement, logistics and inventory management. You will build and guide a high‑performing team of 20‑30 professionals to ensure competitive pricing, reliable supplier performance and on‑time material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi‑functional organization, recruiting, coaching and retaining talent.
• Manage quoting and pricing processes, develop strategies, and support complex customer quotations.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee international and domestic logistics, optimize inventory levels, and monitor freight costs.
• Establish KPIs, drive process improvements, and collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality and finance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of supply‑chain leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing multi‑functional teams of 20‑30 employees.
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management experience.
• Proven experience in pricing, procurement, inventory planning and logistics.
