Supply & Inventory Supervisor

About the role

The Walk is seeking a highly organized and hands‑on Supply & Inventory Supervisor to manage inventory, supplies, and procurement support across its growing portfolio of in‑house concepts. This operational role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the central store and maintain an organized inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries from suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate stock transfers between kiosks and operating locations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement FIFO and inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate purchase requests and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Support new concept launches by ensuring operational readiness.
• Monitor consumables, packaging, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and operating materials.
• Coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance when required.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, procurement, or retail operations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
• Physically able to handle stock movement when necessary.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
