Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will join APCO’s Talent Acquisition team supporting recruitment activities across the MENA region. This three‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The role may be extended up to nine months based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the recruitment tracker.
- Help draft internship offers and employment agreements.
- Post job openings on APCO’s ATS, social media, and university career platforms.
- Contribute to candidate sourcing and headhunting efforts.
- Assist in building a strong talent pipeline.
- Perform research and ad‑hoc tasks as requested.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Must be based in Amman, Jordan.
