Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Acuative is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing, evaluation, and hiring of top‑tier technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to shape recruitment strategies that support the company’s rapid growth and technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Draft detailed job descriptions and collaborate with managers to define role requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders and manage the interview workflow.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source‑of‑hire, reporting insights to the HR Director, EMEA.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of proven recruiting experience, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information and negotiate offers effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking sites.
• Experience using job boards and resume databases for candidate sourcing.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
