Talent Management Section Head

About the role

The Talent Management Section Head leads the Talent Management function within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This senior HR role is responsible for designing, implementing and driving integrated talent management, development and pipeline initiatives to ensure a sustainable supply of high‑performing and high‑potential employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with the HR Development team to create individual development plans for high‑potential staff.
• Build and maintain succession plans for critical roles and oversee career path and mobility programs.
• Monitor attraction, turnover and employee engagement metrics and drive related initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, forecasting manpower needs and aligning them with recruitment and development strategies.
• Design and manage a Talent Pool to identify, develop and retain future leaders.
• Support talent acquisition, employer branding and onboarding programs to strengthen the talent pipeline.
• Ensure talent management practices comply with policies, governance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent management or HR development functions.
• Ability to work closely with department heads and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with regulated pharmaceutical environments is advantageous.
