About the role
The Team Assistant will provide essential administrative, logistical and coordination support for the Building Regional Institutional Development and Governance for Enhanced Border Management (BRIDGE) Project. Working under the Project Manager and closely with the Junior Project Officer, the role ensures smooth organisation of project activities, meetings, travel arrangements and procurement processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops and stakeholder events.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and related logistics for project staff and visitors.
- Support procurement activities, including preparing requisitions and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain project documentation, filing systems and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of operational tasks.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
