Technical Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join our team in Amman on a full-time, on-site basis. The Technical Architect will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing architectural technical documentation throughout all project stages, with a strong focus on Revit, BIM coordination, construction drawings, detailing, and as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare and maintain coordinated BIM models throughout different project stages.
• Create shop drawings, construction drawings, details, sections, elevations, schedules, and as‑built drawings.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, interior design, and other disciplines, identifying and resolving clashes.
• Incorporate site modifications, RFIs, consultant comments, and approved changes into project models and documentation.
• Support site teams by providing technical clarification and resolving architectural detailing and execution issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong professional experience using Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and LOD requirements up to LOD 600.
• Proven experience preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, architectural details, and as‑built documentation.
• Ability to coordinate architectural work with MEP and structural disciplines.
• Experience in contracting, construction, fit‑out, or project‑based environments is highly preferred.
