Technical Consultant API (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant specialized in API and integrations to lead the implementation of customer integrations with our Signit platform. In this remote, customer‑facing role you will act as the bridge between clients, product, and engineering, turning business requirements into scalable, secure API solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to map customer architecture, workflows, and integration use cases.
• Design API‑based integration solutions, defining data flows, event triggers, security, scope, dependencies, timelines and success criteria.
• Guide customers through implementation using Signit REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs, covering authentication (OAuth, API keys), payload structures, error handling and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides and solution diagrams; deliver enablement sessions for developer and IT teams.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, UAT and go‑live readiness; provide early post‑go‑live support.
• Collect and relay feedback on integration challenges, API gaps and scalability issues to product and engineering.
• Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs and manage project planning and delivery coordination.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing and delivering API integrations for enterprise customers.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
