Technical Product Owner – Digital Experience Platforms

About the role

The Technical Product Owner will lead the delivery of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiatives, including websites, portals and customer‑facing digital channels. Working within the PMO, you will translate business needs into build‑ready requirements, prioritize the backlog and ensure high‑quality digital experiences are delivered predictably.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for DXP and related digital products.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features and user stories; own backlog prioritisation based on value, risk and feasibility.
• Lead delivery of DXP‑driven websites, portals and platforms, collaborating with UX/UI, content and engineering teams.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to plan sprints, drive agile execution and participate in ceremonies.
• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, PMO and technical delivery teams, managing cross‑team dependencies.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT, defect triage and release sign‑off.
• Promote continuous improvement of product practices, backlog hygiene and delivery flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product role within software development.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.

Required skills

• Experience with CMS/DXP ecosystems and MarTech integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Backlog management and user‑story creation.
• Collaboration with UX/UI design teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps and integration processes.
