Technical Program Manager

About the role

Little Thinking Minds powered by Seesaw is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join its MENA organization in Jordan. You will sit at the centre of cross‑functional execution, partnering with product, engineering, design, QA, content, customer success, sales and operations teams to turn strategic priorities into predictable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives across the MENA region.
• Coordinate dependencies, identify risks and remove blockers across multiple functional teams.
• Facilitate clear visibility into progress for product, engineering and other stakeholders.
• Help shape and refine the pod‑based operating model to improve clarity, consistency and predictability.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to align on priorities and execution plans.
