Technical Project Manager

About the role

Fekra AI builds AI-driven software solutions, enterprise web applications and scalable SaaS platforms. It is looking for a Technical Product & Project Manager in Amman who bridges business vision, user requirements and technical execution, leading the full lifecycle of live production products. The workplace is hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote).

Key responsibilities

• Manage product roadmaps, project delivery, requirements analysis and quality standards.
• Define, prioritize and manage the Product Backlog and Roadmap, and turn business and user needs into User Stories, acceptance criteria and feature specifications.
• Analyse workflows, third-party RESTful API integrations, OCR processes and external service flows, and keep product documentation and technical specs up to date.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews) and plan work in Jira as Epics, Tasks and Subtasks.
• Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, coordinate release cycles and work with QA on testing scope and bug priorities.
• Work with Frontend (React), Backend (Python, Django, FastAPI), Automation and QA teams, and facilitate knowledge transfer and handovers.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical PM, Product Owner or Technical Delivery Lead in software development.
• Bachelor's degree or strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Deep understanding of modern web architecture, RESTful APIs, the Python ecosystem (Django/FastAPI), React and system integrations.
• Direct hands-on mastery of Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
