Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will provide high‑quality assistance to internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT issues. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with network security and infrastructure responsibilities, ensuring reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and document IT incidents efficiently.
• Configure, install, and maintain network devices, VLANs, routing protocols, DMZs, and firewalls.
• Support Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
• Manage endpoint protection, backup solutions, and wireless networks.
• Create detailed network diagrams and documentation for system design and planning.
• Provide help‑desk support and manage tickets using ITIL‑based processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in networking or technical support.
• CCNA Switching & Routing certification is mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus for local customer communication.
