About the role
The Ritz‑Carlton Amman is seeking a Telephone Operator to join its Guest Experience team. In this front‑line position you will be the voice of the hotel, handling guest calls, providing information and ensuring smooth communication throughout the property.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions and reservations.
- Assist with operational tasks such as processing guest requests, completing reports and updating records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel’s Gold Standards at all times.
- Perform light physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 10 lb, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and handle physical tasks safely.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, safety and quality standards.
Required skills
- Clear and courteous telephone communication.
- Basic computer proficiency for logging calls and reports.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
