About the role

As a Telesales Executive (Sales Development Representative) you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and arranging initial sales meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects using cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach and research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in target industries and regions.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs, assess fit, and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Introduce BusinessChat’s e‑commerce marketing solutions and communicate their value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and ensure leads match the target profile.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and other sales tools, tracking all interactions.
  • Generate regular reports on lead conversion, opportunities created and pipeline health, and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing multiple leads.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self‑motivated, positive attitude and passion for sales.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
