About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our Amman office. In this full‑time position you will engage both potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our wide range of investment products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Make outbound calls to generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company offerings.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Experience in customer support and sales, preferably in the FX/CFD or broader finance sector.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience using sales tools and platforms.
