Telesales Specialist

About the role

51Talk, a leading online English education platform, is looking for a Telesales Specialist to join its sales team. You will engage prospective learners over the phone, explain the benefits of our one‑on‑one English courses, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and educate potential customers about online English courses.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine sales strategies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
• Customer‑service orientation with persuasive sales abilities.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas is a plus.
• Team player with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
