51Talk is a publicly listed multinational company and a leading online English education platform that connects learners with certified teachers through personalized one‑on‑one lessons. As a Telesales Specialist you will engage potential customers by phone, guide them through the enrollment process and help them choose the right online English course.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and educate potential customers about our online English courses via phone calls.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and address any inquiries.
• Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
• Strong customer service and persuasive sales skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing sales and achieving or exceeding sales quotas (a plus).
• Team player with a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
