Transaction Advisory Manager – Deals & Financial Due Diligence

About the role

Our client, a rapidly expanding advisory firm in Amman, is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager to lead complex M&A and financial due‑diligence engagements. The role involves advising private‑equity firms, family offices, sovereign investors and corporate acquirers across the Middle East on strategic acquisitions and divestments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy‑side and sell‑side due‑diligence projects across multiple sectors, including quality‑of‑earnings, working‑capital and cash‑flow analysis.
• Identify financial risks, deal drivers and value‑creation opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to senior executives, investment committees and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, commercial and operational advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support SPA negotiations, contribute to transaction structuring and assist in deal execution.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships and support business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Deals Advisory, Financial Due Diligence or related M&A advisory roles.
• Previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or a leading advisory practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA or ACA are preferred.
