Travel Risk Coordinator

About the role

Stratum Global Risk is expanding its Global Operations Centre in Amman and is looking for a Travel Risk Coordinator to support travellers and organisations before, during and after international travel. This fast‑paced operational role involves coordinating assistance requests, liaising with service providers and ensuring timely, professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel assistance and operational support cases from notification to resolution.
• Communicate professionally with travellers, clients and international service providers.
• Work with airlines, hotels, hospitals, transport providers, embassies and local partners worldwide.
• Monitor and manage multiple live cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate operational records and case documentation.
• Escalate urgent or complex situations according to procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Highly organised, methodical and process‑driven.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent cases in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative.
