UI/UX Designer (2-4 years experience) – On-site in Amman

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to create high‑quality, scalable product experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes and polished UI screens.
• Contribute to and maintain a Design System, including components and variables.
• Build interactive prototypes and validate design ideas.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams.
• Utilise AI‑enhanced design tools such as Figma AI or Stitch.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility and usability.
• Ability to learn quickly and turn ideas into clean, usable designs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables).
