UI/UX Designer (2–4 Years) – On-site

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to create high-quality, scalable product experiences for our customers in Amman. You will work on a cross-functional team, turning ideas into clean, usable designs that meet both business and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and polished UI screens.
• Develop and maintain components within an established Design System, using variables and reusable assets.
• Build interactive prototypes and validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams throughout the design process.
• Leverage AI-enhanced design tools such as Figma AI and Stitch to accelerate workflow.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong command of Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and Variables.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to learn quickly.
• Bonus: experience designing for e‑commerce platforms or marketplaces.
