UI/UX Designer for AI Hub (Amman or Cairo)

About the role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join the AI Hub MENA team, shaping intelligent, scalable, user‑focused AI‑driven digital products for clients in Amman and Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full UI/UX design lifecycle for AI‑powered products, from discovery to delivery.
• Define UX strategy, information architecture, interaction patterns and overall experience vision.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and production‑ready interfaces.
• Collaborate with customers, end‑users and stakeholders to gather deep insights and translate them into design solutions.
• Work closely with developers and business teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Plan, conduct and analyse user research activities such as interviews, workshops and usability testing.
• Facilitate design reviews, present solutions and articulate design decisions and trade‑offs.
• Own and evolve design systems to maintain consistency, scalability and accessibility across platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem‑solving, design logic and measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (design systems, auto‑layout, prototyping).
• Solid experience with Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with other Adobe tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to facilitate developer collaboration.
• Experience with AI‑powered product design or AI design tools such as Figma Make or Claude Design is a strong plus.
