User Experience Designer (Remote)

About the role

MNASATI.COM is seeking a remote User Experience Designer to shape intuitive flows and interfaces for its fast‑growing e‑commerce platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences for merchants and shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Apply design thinking to solve complex user problems and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system.
• Document design decisions and present work to cross‑functional teams.
• Support implementation to guarantee high‑quality user experiences.

Required profile

• Strong background in UX and design thinking with end‑to‑end project experience.
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research.
• Solid visual design sense for layout, typography, color, and responsive design.
• Portfolio showcasing complete UX projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
