UX/UI Consultant

About the role

The UX/UI Consultant will design and deliver customer‑centric digital experiences across client engagements. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will translate business needs, technology capabilities, and user insights into intuitive interfaces for digital products, services, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to user journey mapping and basic service‑design activities.
• Collaborate with strategy, technology, and CX teams to turn requirements into design concepts.
• Apply established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Document design specifications for development teams.
• Participate in internal capability‑building initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, digital media, computer science or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI or digital design (including internships or academic projects).
• Prior experience in a Big 4 offshore hub.
• Customer‑centric mindset, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and apply structured problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Basic prototyping abilities and understanding of responsive, mobile‑first design.
• Capability to create wireframes and low/high‑fidelity mockups.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS principles.
