Vendor Operations Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a Vendor Operations Coordinator to support restaurant and QC vendors on the Talabat platform. You will identify operational challenges, deliver hands‑on training, and monitor performance to help vendors meet our standards and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Identify vendors with performance issues such as delays, cancellations, or low ratings and flag them for action.
• Conduct training sessions on operational best practices.
• Monitor vendor KPIs regularly and track improvement over time.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align on vendor support plans.
• Follow up with vendors post‑training to measure impact.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor performance and training activity.
• Escalate recurring issues to relevant teams when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Background in account management or logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with food delivery or e‑commerce operations is advantageous.
