About the role
We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Video Editor who lives and breathes short‑form content. You will craft engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, turning concepts into polished posts that capture audience attention.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short‑form video content optimized for social media platforms.
- Utilize modern editing software and AI‑based tools to enhance videos.
- Stay current with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate on ideas, hooks, and creative direction with the content team.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience editing short‑form and social‑media content.
- Proven track record publishing on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social‑media algorithms and content performance.
- Basic videography skills using an iPhone Pro.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or Arabic.
