Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant specialized in Mid‑Term Rentals (MTR) to support the day‑to‑day operations of our expanding property portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, manage bookings, and ensure properties perform optimally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor occupancy, update pricing, and track renewals or extensions.
• Manage maintenance requests and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain listings on platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Keep property records, reports, and operational documentation up to date.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide prompt customer service and resolve guest concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing Mid‑Term Rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS tools.
• Experience with tenant screening and lease management.
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools and occupancy management.
