Visa Advisor – Customer‑focused Visa Consultation

About the role

Sun Tours is looking for a knowledgeable Visa Advisor to join its Operations team. You will guide clients through visa requirements, prepare applications, and ensure smooth processing from submission to completion while delivering top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for a wide range of countries.
• Stay current with visa regulations, embassy requirements, and immigration policies.
• Review and verify visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist clients in preparing visa applications and supporting documents.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers regarding applications.
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Handle urgent and complex visa cases professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, Translation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, travel, or immigration services.
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of embassy procedures and visa documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in online visa application systems.
• Fluent English – written, reading, and conversational.
