Visual & Web Designer (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Visual & Web Designer to join our team. The role focuses on producing engaging digital assets and user‑friendly web experiences that reflect our brand and support business goals. Ideal candidates have up to two years of experience and a passion for continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual content for social media, websites, landing pages, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
• Create website layouts, landing pages, and UI designs that improve user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Prepare design assets for web development and ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Support website updates and enhancements.
• Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and refine designs based on feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in visual, graphic, or web design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital visual and web design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
