Volunteer – Construction Project Support

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site volunteer position supports construction project teams in Irbid. You will assist with day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks, gaining practical exposure to construction workflows and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Organise project documentation and perform basic data entry.
• Assist in coordinating site activities and logistics, including material tracking.
• Support health and safety procedures and help prepare simple reports or summaries.
• Facilitate communication between site staff and office teams.
• Maintain an orderly work environment and contribute to community outreach initiatives related to ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Ability to perform general administrative tasks such as filing and document handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of construction or engineering concepts and a willingness to learn.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive mindset for full‑time on‑site work.
• Comfort using basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• Relevant education or ongoing studies in construction, engineering, architecture, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
