VP – Head of Corporate FP&A

About the role

We are looking for an experienced VP to lead Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for a multi‑country financial services organization. The role will drive financial planning, performance management and cost strategy across technology, HR, risk, legal, operations and other support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with corporate functions to translate strategy into budgets, investment priorities and cost‑discipline initiatives.
• Lead enterprise‑wide cost optimisation, productivity programs and governance frameworks.
• Produce executive‑level performance reviews, board packs and advanced analytics on cost, productivity and benchmarking.
• Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning, implementing driver‑based planning and scenario modelling.
• Develop and maintain cost allocation and internal pricing frameworks in collaboration with Treasury.
• Provide FP&A leadership across regions, ensuring alignment with group standards and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee FP&A governance, data integrity, automation and finance transformation projects (ERP, EPM).
• Build and lead a high‑performing, geographically dispersed FP&A team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a quantitative field (MBA or MSc preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA or CFA strongly preferred.
• 15–20 years of FP&A, finance or controlling experience within large financial institutions.
• Proven leadership across multiple countries/regions with a track record in planning, forecasting, cost management and performance reporting.
