About the role
Join the Sheraton team in Amman as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set, clear, and reset tables promptly and accurately.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages, attend to guest needs, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including work stations and supplies.
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures, handling objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
